SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Shipping Policy

We appreciate you for visiting and shopping at LYROFIT. The terms and conditions which govern our Shipping Policy are listed below.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

If we encounter a considerable number of orders, deliveries may be arrive a few days later than expected. Please make plans for the increased delivery time.

 

If noteworthy shipment delays occur and affect your order, you will be notified by email and in some cases telephone. 

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

During times beyond our control or inclement weather deliveries can sometimes be delayed and will be delivered expeditiously.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

LYROFIT ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking numbers(s) which is your Shipment Confirmation. Tracking numbers are available after 24 hours.

 

Damages

LYROFIT is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. In the event an item is lost or damaged, the transportation company should be notified to initiate a claim. If filing a claim, reserve damaged items plus all packaging and materials.

 

Returns & Refunds

Once your item is received by us, it will be inspected then we will inform you that your return has been received and completed. After inspecting the item we will advise you directly regarding your refund status. If the returned item is authorized, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. The credit will be received within 7-14 business days, but it is determined by the policies of your financial institution. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
